Nonprofit teams are innovators, but sometimes it takes a little guidance to help stakeholders see and invest in those ideas.
We've found that nonprofit employees do better when they have a mentor and community of peers to support their grant writing. In our programs, we teach, mentor, and encourage growing professionals in how to Make a Case, Prospect for Grants, Build and Understand Budgets, Establish Healthy Partnerships, and Generate Grant Components for real-world funding opportunities. We call this our GrantsGen Training and Mentoring Program.
We offer several course options including:

Evaluation Mentoring and Training

Evaluation is an essential tool that helps us understand how we're serving our mission and where we can improve. Past, present, and future funders like to see your commitment to understanding your work.
Evaluation doesn't have to be extensive, rigorous and out-of-reach. There are simple measures you can take that will drastically enhance your relationship to your community and programs and help you practice Data Driven Decision Making (DDDM). The workshops we offer will give you both inspiration and practical assistance to help you create and interpret evaluation to move your programs forward and upwards. You'll also meet fantastic people who, like you, have decided not to settle for less than their own best.
